  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Indoor Sales Executive (West)

Responsibilities

Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls when necessary.
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Handle potential customers' enquiries, complaints and gather feedbacks/comments on products/services and direct to relevant departments.
Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
Explaining, demonstrating and upselling features of products.
Staying informed about competitors’ products and services.
Researching and identifying new leads.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Coordinate with Sales & Warehouse team to ensure efficient customers' satisfaction and timely delivery
Any other duties as assigned from time to time



Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Admin or relevant
Min 3 years of working experience
Sales & Marketing knowledge is advantageous
Common software skills are a must
