Responsibilities
Ensure workshop daily Vehicle Off Road (VOR) status reports are compiled accurately and circulated by targeted time twice daily
Ensure service entry keying in SAP pertaining to vehicle maintenance services from contractors are accurate
Keeping track of contractual agreement amount is sufficient ·
Provide secretarial function for Technician Dialogue Session and submit minute on time
Putting up Purchase Requisition (PR) promptly and perform good receiving through SAP using SAP Code 103
Assist in company events such as 7S day, Fruit Day, Engagement Day etc.
Assist in office administration duties.
Assist in customer service to handle Bus captain request and reporting
collaborate with starter to provide on-time vehicle availability.
Ensure job card is raised and tracked.
Ensure Job card is TECO on-time and accurately
Handle customer satisfaction if any.
Liaise with contractors (TNTS, LingJack, Fogmakers, Manufactors, etc..) on repairs.
Update Parts availability & status promptly
Qualifications & Work Experience
Candidate should possess at least an “N” level certificate or equivalent ·
At least 3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
Proficient in MS Office is an advantage
Experience with SAP will be advantage
