Job Description
We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR professional to support our Organisation Development (OD) initiatives. In this role, you'll provide administrative and project management support for various OD activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize workshops and briefings
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Track project milestones and update OD records and databases
- Produce evaluation information and process invoices
- Create and administer organisational surveys using survey platforms
- Conduct descriptive and basic statistical analyses to produce meaningful insights
- Design collaterals to publicise OD activities
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in learning or organisation development is preferred
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous with good planning and organisational skills
- Experience with survey platforms and data analytics software is a plus
