
Customer Service Representative (Korean Speaking -9 months)
Our client is a US MNC - office location at Yishun. This is a contract role for 9 months ; and it is possible for a conversion into a permanent role.
Work hours (Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm) and work arrangement is hybrid. Training is provided.
Customer Support & Sales Operation Specialist (Support Korea Market)
Job Description
o Coordinate and responsible for end-to-end Service Contracts Management, which includes quotation creation, contracts activations and invoice management.
o Ensure prompt and accurate activation, renewal and billings to customer per contract terms
o Modifies quotations according to terms agreed under deals when deemed necessary.
o Perform relevant document checks ensuring alignment with company’s policies, processes and legal requirements
o Responsible for managing Service Orders in CRM, triggering invoicing in a timely manner
o Timely follow up with Customer Service Organization for any incomplete documentation
o Works closely with other business partners to support change requests, with proactive communication to customers and provide problem resolutions
o Manage customer’s queries with care via telephony system and email, understand customer needs and respond professionally
o Maintains completeness and integrity of service contract data in the CRM system
o Timely archival of order packages in CRM system
o Performing on miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
o Diploma or University Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or any other related field and equivalent experience in customer service operations.
o Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English and Korean
o Proficiency in MS Office – Word, Excel
o Knowledge in CRM, SAP or similar ERP system is preferred but not mandatory
o The ability to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment, and prioritize among competing tasks
o Equipped with business acumen preferred, with customer centric mindset
o Good team player who can cooperate cohesively within the team and with cross functional teams
o Fast and meticulous attention to details worker who can handle orders accurately and efficiently.
o Proactive problem solver who can make sound decisions, escalate appropriately
o Comfortable with technology and IT tools
o Ability to work extended hours when necessary, especially on the last few business days of the month.
o Proficiency in both written and verbal Korean language is required
