  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The job holder will report to Head of Site Engineering and Maintenance, in our Biologic plant.

Main responsibilities

  • Develop & implement site automation strategy aligning goals.
  • Ensure compliance & CSV for OT and Automation systems.
  • Manage and optimize automation systems' performance.
  • Lead MES support, ensure operational efficiency.
  • Implement cybersecurity measures for OT systems.
  • Apply standards, manage obsolescence, drive innovation.
  • Decide and advise on automation strategy and system selections.
  • Advise upgrades and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage cybersecurity, ensure data integrity measures.
  • Develop SOPs, lead staff training programs.
  • Guide budget allocation and vendor management.
  • Drive standards adoption, define performance metric.
  • Digital maturity score for OT systems
  • System uptime and unplanned downtime percentage
  • Automation project ROI and cost savings
  • Compliance rate, security incidents resolution time
  • Training completion rate, skill assessment scores
  • Connectivity level, automation degree across systems

About You

  • Expertise in Biopharma Automation and Manufacturing systems
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP, 21CFR11
  • Project management skills for automation initiatives
  • Cybersecurity proficiency in OT/IT convergent environments
  • Data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation
