Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the centre’s smooth operation.
Plan and implement weekly schedules and programs for KCare children, ensuring they adhere to the Ministry of Education (MOE) guidelines.
Build strong partnerships and rapport with stakeholders, including children, parents, school personnel, and relevant authorities.
Organize learning journeys for the children during school holidays.
Serve as a mentor to staff while also being a collaborative team member.
Requirement:
Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE-T) or an equivalent qualification recognized by ECDA, obtained in English.
Leadership experience in early childhood setting is preferred.
Experience in KCare or MOE Kindergarten is advantageous.
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
