  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address process deficiencies.

Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the quality team to develop and implement quality control plans.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and address any findings related to manufacturing processes.

Technical Support

  • Provide technical support to production teams to resolve manufacturing issues and improve process performance.
  • Train and mentor production staff on new processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with equipment vendors and suppliers to identify and implement new technologies and equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Position Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience Level Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the precision engineering sector.

Skills Desired:

  • Experience with CAD/CAM software, ideally SolidWorks, MasterCam and other engineering tools.
