AESTHETIC CLINIC THERAPIST

We are looking for Aesthetic Clinic Therapist to join our expanding team. The individual should be a team-player, who has a cheery personality and loves interacting with patients. We offer great income potential and great working conditions.

The Aesthetic Clinic Therapist will be assisting Aesthetic Doctors in performing aesthetic procedures and treatments for patients and increasing sales for the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor with aesthetic medical procedures and provide hands-on therapy treatment
• Provide professional aesthetic and beauty advise to customer in recommending the appropriate treatment plans and skincare products to patients.
• Achievement of personal and group target
• Maintain good rapport with patients and providing positive patient experiences
• Provide administrative support in all aspects of operations and patient care, including handling registrations, scheduling of appointments, maintaining accurate patient medical records and cashiering.
• Welcome patients and visitors into clinic with cordial greeting and a smile.
• Check patient records and provide with appropriate and necessary forms upon arrival; File and maintain records.
• Identify patient service requirements and understanding patients' needs.
• To manage and maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the clinic.
• Assist with monthly stock taking and inventory procurement as required.
• Provide information about the clinic, services and products provided.
• Must always represent the practice in a professional, and cooperative manner.
• Must maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance in accordance with assigned schedule and time off policies.
• Must be able to comfortably and efficiently handle multiple deadlines and task assignments.
• Must be able to work both independently and cooperatively in team settings.
• Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess recognized certificates from Cibtac/Cidesco/Nitec/Itec etc..
• At least two years’ relevant experience preferably in Aesthetic Clinics.
• Good sales track record
• Demonstrate good communication and customer service skills. Ability to speak English is necessary.
• Detail oriented, Self-Motivated and Able to work independently.
• Dedicated & willing to learn.
• Flexible, Mature working attitude.
• Team player with positive attitude and good disposition.
• Experience in Aesthetic clinic preferred.
• Full-time Hours: 5.5days
