Location: Singapore

Full-Time | Central Kitchen / OEM Production Environment

Salary: SGD 2,200 – SGD 3,500 (Depending on Role & Experience)

The Role

We are hiring a Chef, and the exact role will be based on your experience. Whether you're a junior chef just starting out, a skilled station chef, or an experienced production lead — we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities (Depending on Level):

  • Prepare and cook food according to production schedules and recipes

  • Operate in a high-volume, batch production environment

  • Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

  • Manage your own kitchen section or assist senior chefs in daily tasks

  • Work with the team to meet daily production targets

  • Train and supervise junior staff (for senior roles)

  • Assist with inventory checks and kitchen organization

Requirements:

  • Culinary background with 1–3+ years of experience (central kitchen/OEM experience is a bonus)

  • Good understanding of food safety practices

  • Team player with strong work ethic and willingness to learn

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, structured environment

  • WSQ food hygiene certification is a plus
