  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Expected salary: $3,000 - $4,000 per month

Responsibility:

  • Assist the sales team on any pre-sales inquiries.

  • Provide professional technical support to our customers.

  • Perform product testings to better understand our products.

  • Provide trainings to both our internal staffs and our customers.

  • Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting and warranty claim.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
