Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and range rules, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe behavior.
2. Address customer inquiries, offer guidance on range rules, and ensure a positive experience for players.
3. Assist in the sale of golf balls and the topping up of range cards.
4. Prepare and submit end-of-day sales reports and summaries to the Finance Department.
5. Ensure that the range and ball dispensers are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues.
6. Inspect hitting areas, mats, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the range. Oversee ball collection and replenishment for smooth operations.
7. Manage player disputes or concerns in a calm, professional manner, and efficiently handle busy periods to minimize disruptions.
8. Collect and manage lost items, ensuring they are safely stored and returned to their rightful owners when possible.
9. Responsible for setting up the range in the morning and securing it at the end of the day.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of customer service experience.
2. Proficient in using PCs.
3. Must be available for shift work, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
4. Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team.
