About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a Bartender with serious mixing magic – someone who doesn’t just pour drinks, but creates an experience in every glass. If you know your way around a shaker, love crafting signature cocktails, and can charm a crowd while doing it, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cocktail mixing with flair, precision, and creativity
  • Design and execute a range of classic and signature cocktails
  • Deliver an engaging and memorable bar experience for every guest
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
  • Monitor bar inventory and ensure all ingredients are fresh and ready
  • Comply with all hygiene, health, and safety regulations
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently
  • Collaborate with service staff to ensure smooth and timely orders

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and cocktail techniques
  • Must know how to do mixing magic – from perfect pours to fire flair (if that’s your thing!)
  • Great personality, with excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
