About the Role:

Join us as an Energy Solution Project Engineer and play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of diverse energy projects. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through to successful execution, commissioning, and handover. This exciting opportunity encompasses projects in areas such as Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) systems, Energy Used System, Energy Efficiency, and Environmental Sustainability initiatives and Consultative projects.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a variety of energy solution projects.

· Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

· Analyze project requirements and develop innovative technical solutions and detailed design specifications.

· Ensure safe project implementation by managing compliance with local and international safety regulations, including risk assessments, safety documentation, Permit-to-Work (PTW) processes, and site risk management.

· Provide expert technical guidance in the selection and procurement of appropriate equipment and systems.

· Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.

· Proactively monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

· Conduct thorough site visits and inspections to verify compliance and quality.

· Oversee the seamless installation, commissioning, and testing of energy utilization systems.

· Prepare detailed project documentation and progress reports, ensuring system compliance with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., SCDF, BCA, NEA, URA, EMA, IEC, UL).

· Identify and resolve technical challenges, implementing effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Building Sciences, Environmental Sustainability, or a related field).

· Candidates with experience and professional qualifications (eg. SCEM, GMAP and etc) in energy and environmental sustainability are preferred.

· Candidates with extensive experience will be considered for senior positions.

· Demonstrated experience in project engineering and management, ideally within the energy solutions sector.

· Strong technical understanding of energy systems, including ACMV and Energy Utilization.

· Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Exceptional project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

· Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

· Capacity to effectively multitask (Project) and perform under pressure, including in demanding outdoor environments (sun, heat, humidity, and potential dirt).

Pay: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month
