Part Time Admin Executive at Upper Thomson area
Administrative duties:
Sales order processing –process customer sales orders and generate sales invoices.
Purchase order processing-prepare POs.
Key bills, receipts and other accounting documents into company system.
Update Products information and listings in the system when needed
Fill in promotion forms and other documents as needed.
To update product info ( pack sizes, barcodes etc)
Make item/stock adjustments based on physical stock take by logistics quarterly.
Liaise and coordinate the daily administration and operational/logistics matters.
Maintain paperwork of the company.
Attend to incoming calls and enquiries
Ad hoc duties.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Min Diploma holder.
- Minimum 0-2 years’ experience in administrative duties
- Ability to converse in fluently in English and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage. (Training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills- both written and oral
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Go-Getter and positive attitude.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Able work independently and also able to work with team.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 per week
