Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PPF Installer to join our growing team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional installation of high-quality Paint Protection Film (PPF) on a variety of vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish and superior customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for cars and take pride in precision work, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare vehicles for PPF installation, including washing, decontamination, and surface prep

  • Accurately measure, cut, and apply Paint Protection Film using plotters or manual techniques

  • Install PPF on various vehicle surfaces such as hoods, bumpers, fenders, mirrors, and full-body wraps

  • Perform post-installation inspections and touch-ups to ensure perfect finish

  • Maintain tools and work environment in clean, professional condition

  • Adhere to safety standards and company procedures

  • Communicate with team members and customers regarding project timelines and expectations

  • Stay updated on the latest PPF techniques, materials, and industry trends

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in PPF installation (minimum 1-2 years preferred)

  • Familiar with brands like XPEL, SunTek, 3M, STEK, or similar

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

  • Willingness to work weekends/overtime when necessary

  • Singaporeans, PRs, and foreigners with valid work passes are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from PPF training programs (e.g. XPEL Certified Installer)

  • Experience in automotive tinting or vinyl wrapping is a plus

  • Basic knowledge of vehicle detailing and paint correction
