Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients through registration, admission, discharge, billing, and financial counselling processes.
Schedule patient appointments based on doctors' instructions.
Ensure clinic readiness and uphold service excellence standards.
Provide basic financial guidance to patients and their families.
Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Support doctors and nurses during consultations as a chaperone when required.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
A Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using multiple systems.
Strong communication skills – Mandarin proficiency is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking patients.
Able to multitask in a dynamic clinic environment.
