  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Role: Bank Card Follow-Up Officer
Location: Changi Business Park
Pay: Up to $2600/month
Duration: 12 months (Extendable/Convertible depending on performance)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Office hours



Responsibilities

Highly motivated individual s to promote MasterCard to existing customers of various consumer segment by cross-selling the value propositions of the credit cards
Engage & build good relationship with customers & deliver good client experience
Good follow-up skills and ensure customers’ applications and documentations are completed for processing timely
Require to meet performance standards, business goals and targets
Able to present effectively and communicate comfortably to customers face to face or through telemarketing activities



Requirements

Minimum N-Level qualification required
Confident, meticulous, possess good interpersonal and follow-up skills
Good communication & customer service skills
Sales-oriented and a self-motivated candidate to excel in targets and goals
A team player and ability to multi-task & thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient with use of MS Office & Outlook
