Dalaland is Singapore’s first sugar-light Swiss roll brand, proudly crafting beautiful and delicious desserts using premium ingredients — no margarine, no preservatives, ever. As a fast-growing startup, we're looking for a passionate and reliable Baker to join our core kitchen team.
Your Role:
- Daily baking of sponge cakes and preparation of fillings
- Confident in rolling, assembling and decorating Swiss rolls
- Maintain consistency, cleanliness, and high standards
- Assist in R&D of new flavors and seasonal launches
- Work closely with the founder and kitchen team to improve efficiency and creativity
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in baking and pastry, especially sponge cakes or roll cakes
- Strong attention to detail and good hands-on skills in rolling & decorating
- A positive, can-do attitude — you're proactive, reliable, and take pride in your craft
- Eager to learn and grow with the brand; open to feedback and innovation
- Able to work in a fast-paced startup environment and be a true team player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $1,500.00 - $2,300.00 per month
Expected hours: No more than 44 per week
