Job Description

• Campaigns & Social Media Intern

• Plan, execute, optimize and ensure synergy between platform campaigns, social media and other marketing efforts.

• Stay updated with trends on social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, and industry developments, leveraging these trends to optimize campaigns.

• Foster and maintain relationships with influencers and customers to strengthen brand awareness and reputation.

• Track and analyze campaign results; turning learnings into actionable insights.

• Channel Marketing Intern

• Support the team in planning and execution of CRM & Paid ads campaigns.

• Manage user segmentation for multi-channel marketing campaigns.

• Deepen relationship with existing customer through cross-selling that generate customer stickiness.

• Iterate and improve results via data-driven approach through A/B testing of campaigns.

• Account Management Intern

• Assist account managers in day-to-day client communications and coordination.

• Help prepare client presentations, reports, and performance summaries.

• Track and update client records, project timelines, and status reports.

• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends.

• Support internal coordination across teams (e.g., marketing, product, support) to meet client needs.

• Help identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities through client insights and usage data.

Job Requirement

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Google Slides / Docs / Sheets.
