Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented individual to manage travel enquiries, secure bookings, and oversee tour operations. The role involves responding to enquiries from various sources with the goal of converting them into confirmed bookings, providing exceptional client service in line with company SOPs, and coordinating all aspects of tour operations to support finance and reporting functions. Post-tour, the candidate will follow up with clients to gather feedback and relay insights to the product team. The role also includes assisting with marketing activities as needed.

Key Requirement:
-Min. O level or equivalent
-Min. 2 years of relevant experience
-Experience in Travel agency, Airline Industry or Hospitality Industry
-Travel to at least 15 countries
-Passion for travel & travel knowledge
-Sales oriented
