Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support technical investigations and logistics. Responsibilities include extracting logs and preparing electronic products for analysis, performing data entry into internal and external systems, and handling logistics such as packing and inventory follow-up. This role requires strong organization skills and the ability to follow standard procedures.
Key Duties
Log Extraction & Investigation Prep (40%)
-Extract logs from electronic products per SOP
-Prepare devices for hardware inspection using tools and PC
-Support investigation processes
Data Entry (40%)
-Input/upload data to MHI and authority systems
-Perform regular system checks and summaries
Logistics (20%)
-Pack and ship items for overseas investigations
-Collect faulty goods from approved centers
-Track inventory of collected items
Key Requirement:
-Min. Nitec in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or years of equivalent technical knowledge
-Basic knowledge operation system like Windows, Linux
-Self-motivated and independent
