Coordinate meetings, recording of minutes for meetings and follow-up actions

Assist in activities organised for tenants
Process, manage and track invoices to ensure prompt payment
Preparation of management reports

Job requirements
Diploma or Degree in Property Management or Business Administration
Relevant working experience in property management industry preferred
Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task with frequent interruptions and changing priorities
Independent, team player, problem solver, meticulous and have attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Office
