  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Strategize (Improve Team Resolving Requests Rate Upon 1st Contact)
Timely Manner Manage & Met SLA (Escalated Cust. Enquiry & Resolve Ops Issues)

Field Support Engineer + Class 3 or 4 (TEAM LEAD) - (Min 3yrs & Above Team Lead Outfield Repair Exp)

Basic: $3500-$4000 + $20 HP Allowance

Mon-Fri: 8:30AM to 6PM

1. Practical Hands-on Leadership, Manage & Guide Onsite Field Engineers on Daily Scheduled Duty.
2. Responsible for Onsite Diagnostic, Repair &Refurbishing of IT Equipment.
3. Document Processing Systems (Example: Scanners/Printers/Point of Sales Machines-POS etc.).
4. Display Systems (Example: Monitors/Projectors Etc.)
5. Specialized Machineries (E.g. Industrial Printers/Plotters Etc.)
6. Handle Repair or Service Parts (Drawing, Handling, Return)
7. Follow Established Processes of Diagnostic, Testing, Providing Bill of Repair and Liaison for Quotation Where Required
8. Handle & Communicate with Customer on Enquiries and Provide Appropriate Advice
9. Able to Lifting/Shift with Support Assistance with Printer Equipment (Approx: Light Few Kgs+- to Max 25Kg+-, When Require)
10. Possess Valid Class 3 Or 4 SG Driving License, To Utilize Company Vehicle.
11. Minimum O' Level, ITE or Diploma or 3 Years Relevant Repair Working Experiences.
