Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain the company’s QA manual, including control of all amendments and revisions.
Control and distribute all quality documentation within the company.
Monitor quality-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform internal and external audits on behalf of company management.
Ensure contractor quality requirements are communicated to vendors and documented appropriately.
Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate project requirements with bidders.
Participate in client quality management meetings.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field (minimum requirement).
Experience in relevant industries, especially in Quality Management or M&E Engineering, preferred.
Master’s degree or PhD is a plus.
Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and familiarity with CONQUAS or BCA Good Industry Practices are advantageous.
