1. Responsible for office administration function.
2. General office administration, including reception, telephone service and clerical supports.
3. Carry out travel arrangements including booking of air tickets and hotel.
4. Responsible for Monthly Staff Welfare including uniforms, lockers, shoes, stationery and treats for staff.
7. Improve staff environment such as canteen and smoking area.
8. Handle managers' requests and queries appropriately.
9. Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system.
