Key responsibilities
Support order fulfilment, picking, packing & ensuring on time delivery of merchandise and minimal error in fulfilment orders
Manage, support, plan and organise day-to-day inventory and all inventory control process within the warehouse to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure daily warehouse activities are performed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
Ensure proper and accurate placement of all goods
Secure and manage part timers, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Work closely with retail operations and cross functional teams to resolve daily operational issues.
Continuously evaluate warehouse processes and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Basic administrative work like invoicing, printing, and mail sending.
Basic warehouse maintenance work like stock count, tidiness, and pantry/material replenishment.
Establish and maintain Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
Assist in any other duties as required
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 years’ experience working in a warehouse / logistic / supply chain environment
Basic excel skills required
E-Commerce knowledge is a plus
Meticulous with excellent attention to details
Ability to work independently and be self-driven within a team structure.
Working Conditions:
Hours: On site, Full-time 9.30-6pm; week end shift work may be required depending on the company’s operational needs.
Location: 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2, Lobby A, Singapore 569511
