  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Scope

Handle vendor invoices and staff claims.

Cross-check all invoices and supporting documents (e.g. DO, payment document)

Track vendor invoices and route them for approval in accordance with the Invoice Approval Matrix.

Request and follow up on the issuance of Credit Notes along with the necessary documentation.

Process payments and issue Payment Advice to notify suppliers.

Log GIRO
payments into SAP weekly

Update AP
receipts in the system and pursue outstanding receipts

Scan
miscellaneous charges receipts and update an Excel file for Customer
Service reference

Conduct
monthly supplier reconciliation and follow up on overdue or missing
invoices from vendors
