KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. This role will combine business analysis expertise with hands-on support for post-sales operations, ensuring seamless transitions from sales to delivery and ongoing customer success.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business processes, and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis

  • Understand market demand and customer behaviour and provide trend analyses to support business growth and continuity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, and creative intuitive reporting for senior management, providing insights into the business performances.
  • Create metrics to track performance across various business units such as sales, procurement, and customer related operations.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for process improvements and operational enhancements.
  • Conduct data analysis with data cleansing to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for optimization in projects.
  • Support and assist in the preparation of stakeholder-ready presentations.

Post-Sales Operations Support

  • Manage the pre and post sales of the auction platform by creating customer accounts and uploading the auction lots to the platform.
  • Perform auction results evaluation and analysis.
  • Post auction follow up with bidders for their payment and delivery.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and operations teams to resolve post-sales issues and address customer needs.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for post-sales processes, minimizing inefficiencies and ensuring consistency.
  • Provide insights to improve customer onboarding, service delivery, and post-sales engagement.
  • Monitor and resolve post-sales escalations, conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective measures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance, sales, planning & procurement and logistics teams to reconcile operational data and improve project workflows.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience: 3+ years in IT project management, with hands-on experience in managing tech projects.
  • IT Background: Preferred experience in IT solutions, with a solid understanding of technology processes.
  • Certifications: PMP or similar project management certifications are a plus.
  • Emerging Technologies: Proficiency in emerging technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and automation. Ability to apply technical knowledge to solve business problems.
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience in deploying applications in cloud environments.
  • Cybersecurity Awareness: Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, with the ability to ensure applications are developed and deployed securely.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated to take on new challenges and drive results with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
