Job Responsibilities :
This role will drive our partnerships in the gaming industry, spearheading marketing and business development initiatives that support our partners’ game publishing operations in SEA. The role entails growing the partnerships pipeline and planning growth strategy opportunities.This position requires an individual who is self-directed, adaptable, and possesses strong communication skills. The candidate must be able to work under pressure, with proven experience in handling complex, regional, time-critical projects. Additionally, a strong network of contacts in the games and entertainment industry is crucial.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute an integrated Product Roadmap that includes updates, live events, and key activities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and translate it into actionable operational plans.
- Analyse and forecast game performance metrics using daily data to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct competitive analysis by playing internal and external products, providing insights and recommendations.
- Lead and drive game operations in close partnership with producers, engineers, and artists.
- Clearly communicate the product vision and goals across teams prior to feature implementation.
- Continuously playtest and review live events to ensure quality and accurate implementation.
Pre-Requisites :
- Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
- Keen interest in emerging technologies, market trends, and AI innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the online or mobile gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) mechanics and monetization strategies.
- Experience in user flow design, feature specification, UI wireframes, and presentation development.
- Proficient in data analysis with a structured, process-driven approach.
- Experience with game community management and player engagement initiatives.
- Successfully published or operated at least one mobile game in the SEA region.
- Familiarity with both traditional localization processes and AI-assisted localization tools.
- Experience in customer support operations, with an understanding of AI tools for support bots and FAQ automation.
