Job Title: Sales Assistant Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, fashion-conscious, and sales-driven Sales Assistant to join our team at PERSIAN BOUTIQUE a leading women & men's clothing store. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist with sales, and support the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of store presentation.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service, answering queries and offering styling advice

• Assist customers with purchases, processing transactions, and handling returns/exchanges


• Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and promotions

• Support the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs

• Assist with visual merchandising, store displays, and maintaining a tidy and organized store environment

• Restock shelves, fold and display clothing, and assist with inventory management

• Participate in store events, promotions, and sales campaigns

• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive customer experience

• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


• 1-2 years of experience in a retail sales environment

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong knowledge of men's fashion and current trends

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in operating a point-of-sale system and handling cash transactions

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
