Sales & Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

Account Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, foster loyalty and identify ongoing sales opportunities.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and client needs, providing regular and timely updates on market conditions to the Sales Head, along with strategic recommendations.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation: Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms, creating engaging content and optimizing campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Marketing Plan Execution & Analysis: Develop and execute marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening brand presence and driving revenue growth across multiple sales channels.

Requirements:

  • Min holds an 'O' Level qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of effective sales and marketing communication strategies and tools for both B2B and B2C customer engagement. A strong interest in gaming, gadgets, or collectibles will be an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and deliver excellent customer service.

  • Bilingual in English with proficiency in Mandarin.
