We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing & Asset Sales Specialist to expand our online presence and support our sales efforts.

Job Summary:

The Marketing & Asset Sales Specialist will be a key player in driving our online marketing strategies and supporting the sales of our assets. This role encompasses a blend of digital marketing expertise, social media management, SEO/SEM knowledge, and sales support, both online and offline. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand visibility, generating leads, and contributing to the successful sale of our assets.

Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management:

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, TikTok, and Carousell, tailored to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.

• Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media and website, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

• Manage and optimize the company website, implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.

• Monitor and analyze social media and website performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and deployment.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

• Research and evaluate competitor marketing and industry trends to keep our strategy competitive.

Asset Sales Support:

• Support the sales team in marketing assets for sale through online and offline channels.

• Develop marketing materials for asset sales, including online listings, brochures, and presentations.

• Conduct telemarketing and outreach to potential clients to generate leads.

• Develop and maintain a network of clients and potential buyers.

• Assist in the organization and execution of online and offline sales events.

• Provide regular updates to clients on marketing activities and market conditions.

• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.

• Pitch for sole marketing appointments.

General Marketing & Administrative Support:

• Assist with the development of marketing strategies and campaign ideation.

• Create and manage marketing collateral, including emailers, websites, invites, and newsletters.

• Support internal communications across the company.

• Assist with event conceptualization, setup, registration, and operations.

• Provide regular reports on marketing campaign performance and sales activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales efforts.

• Handle daily administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned.

• Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Carousell) and their respective audiences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).

• Experience in sales support or asset sales is a plus.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• A proactive and results-driven attitude.

• Familiarity with marketing automation is a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
