About the Role:
We’re hiring for a Mechanical Technical Manager to join a major data centre project in Singapore. This is a site-basedposition where you’ll oversee all technical aspects of the mechanical systems on-site, including HVAC, piping, and plumbing. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore with strong data centre experience, and ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, piping)
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, teams, and resources
  • Ensure all mechanical works comply with safety regulations and meet project specifications
  • Enforce strict on-site safety protocols
  • Prepare and review technical documentation such as engineering reports and project status updates

Requirements:

  • Must be based in Singapore with full working rights
  • Proven experience working on data centre projects is essential
  • 8+ years in mechanical engineering or project management roles (data centre sector preferred)
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, piping, plumbing)
  • Ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors, and work under tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with project controls and quality assurance processes

Note:
The exact project location will be confirmed. This is a site-based role, and candidates must be willing to work full-time on-site.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately or on short notice.
