POSITION SUMMARY:
As Warehouse Material Handler, the personnel will be part of a disciplined and highly professional team that is competent in operating in a GMP environment. Their main duties include receiving incoming deliveries, pick materials for production issuance, packing materials for export shipments and recording inventory status (both paper and electronic records). Must be comfortable to work in cold environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Checking incoming deliveries and items received for accuracy.
- Loading and unloading different transport items.
- Put-away materials for storage in warehouse.
- Perform labelling of incoming materials.
- Filing of deliveries and warehouse paper records and prepare basic documentation.
- Perform picking and issuance of materials to production.
- Perform stock count.
- Pack materials for export shipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Perform system transactions.
- Compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds to make sure things are in organized manner.
- Any other activities as assigned by the Manager or Supervisor.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level/Nitec in any field.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant warehouse experience.
- Experience in SAP is preferred.
- Must be able to understand and speak basic English.
- Have valid forklift license and is competent to operate Material Handling Equipment.
- Hardworking, team-player.
- Comfortable with physical work in warehouse.
