Job Scope:
* Perform maintenance, repairs, and servicing (Electrical / Aircon / Mechanical / Building).
* Conduct preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance for M&E, HVAC, and building systems.
* Troubleshoot and fix faults in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
* Respond quickly to defects, customer complaints, and emergency breakdowns.
* Carry out routine inspections and repairs to ensure smooth facility operations.
* Report faults and issues to supervisors promptly.
* Perform preventive checks and diagnostics on M&E systems.
* Maintain records of inspections and report any abnormalities.
Requirement: Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Maintenance or Engineering company
