Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the overall project management lifecycle from conceptualization to post-event evaluation.
Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
Support the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the project manager.
Assist in the procurement of necessary resources, materials, and services required for project implementation.
Manage logistical arrangements such as venue booking, transportation, accommodation, and catering for events.
Support marketing and promotional activities to maximize event participation and attendance.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records accurately.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
Diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the events industry.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in work output.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
Knowledge of event management software and technologies is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as required for project assignments.Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
