Job Responsibilities：
Greet and assist customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong knowledge of product features and current trends to provide professional advice.
Collaborate with team members to provide excellent customer service in a positive and inclusive work environment.
Manage daily retail operations including merchandise receiving, display, replenishment, returns and loss prevention.
Ensure accuracy in sales records, stocktaking, and reconciliation.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in assigned areas
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements：
GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent. Prior retail or sales experience will be an advantage.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive service mindset.
Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work on a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs.
Basic computer literacy is required.
