About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounting principles, who is ready to contribute to day-to-day financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ensure timely and accurate closing of accounts
Prepare GST submissions and support tax filing processes
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties
Maintain accurate accounting records and proper documentation
Support budgeting, forecasting, and internal reporting requirements
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar)
Strong understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations
Meticulous, well-organized, and able to meet deadlines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
