  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Logistics/Transportation sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Sea Freight Coordinator to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central– easily accessible.



Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate shipment cost updates and timely invoicing according to company KPIs
Verify and process vendor/intercompany invoices, resolving disputes as needed.
Coordinate and communicate invoice-related information with stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with company SOPs, reporting deadlines, and global standards.
Support team operations, including mentoring, backups, and participation in company projects.

Requirements:

With at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar position in Freight Forwarding
