What You’ll Be Doing
You'll support the full spectrum of HR and admin functions, including:
Onboarding & Offboarding
Conduct orientation and manage exit processes
Compensation & Benefits
Assist with payroll, claims, CPF, and tax submissions
Manage attendance and leave records
Performance Management
Support appraisal processes and related documentation
HR Policy & Advisory
Ensure policy compliance and provide HR guidance
Prepare HR reports and dashboards
Employee Engagement
Help plan staff activities and wellness programs
Support culture-building initiatives
HR Systems & Projects
Maintain HRIS and support system rollouts
Drive process improvements and change initiatives
Admin Support
Handle filing, data updates, and general HR admin tasks
Who You Are
1–3 years of HR experience (or eager to learn!)
Familiar with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. Timesoft)
People-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communicator with a positive attitude
Team player who works well independently
Open to feedback and growth
Immediate or short notice availability is a plus
