Ristorante Takada is an established Italian restaurant with 12 years of history in Singapore, known for its dedication to quality, seasonal ingredients, and a warm, professional kitchen team.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take on a leadership role in our kitchen. This is a key opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing brand — as we prepare to expand into new locations and launch new product lines such as our premium cheesecakes.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support day-to-day kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with Head Chef on new menu development
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive and team-oriented work culture

Eligibility:
- Open to Singaporeans, PRs, and Work Permit holders
- At least 2 years experience as a Chef de Partie or higher
