You’ll work closely with the People & Organization (HR) Manager and play an active role in shaping the employee experience while building the skills to eventually lead your own projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be involved in the full spectrum of HR and administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct onboarding and induction sessions
- Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews and clearance procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- Support monthly payroll processing and employee claims
- Submit CPF contributions and tax forms (e.g. IR8A, IR21)
- Track and manage attendance and leave records
- Use payroll software to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
Performance Management
- Assist in the performance appraisal process
- Help prepare performance-related communications and documentation
HR Policy & Advisory
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and consistently applied
- Provide HR-related advice to employees and line managers
- Prepare and analyze monthly HR reports and dashboards
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and wellness programs
- Support initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture
HR Systems & Projects
- Participate in testing and implementation of HR systems (e.g. ERP, HRIS)
- Maintain and update data in HRIS platforms
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- Support change management initiatives
Administrative Support
- Handle general HR administrative tasks including filing and data updates
- Support other ad hoc HR duties as required
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of HR experience (we welcome those eager to learn and grow!)
- Familiar with HRIS platforms and payroll systems (e.g. Timesoft or equivalent)
- Passionate about both people engagement and administrative excellence
- Meticulous, well-organized, and proactive
- A confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently
- Open to feedback, growth, and continuous learning
- Able to start immediately or on short notice is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,500.00 per month
