  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About Us:

Oceanix, the pioneer in luxury dining concepts, is excited to introduce its groundbreaking F&B project, the first of its kind in Singapore. We are in search of a talented Sommelier to join our team and play a crucial role in curating exceptional wine experiences. If you have a deep passion for wine and a desire to elevate the dining experience, we invite you to be a part of our innovative journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Curate an extensive and diverse wine list to complement our luxury dining concepts.
  • Assist guests in selecting wines that enhance their dining experience.
  • Conduct wine pairings to create unforgettable culinary moments.
  • Train and educate the staff on wine service and presentation.
  • Manage the wine inventory and ensure proper storage conditions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging wine regions.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Sommelier with a strong knowledge of wines and wine service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • A passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
  • Proven experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining establishment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the dynamic demands of the industry.
