We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical or Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic team at Psych Connect. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Assessing and identifying psychological, emotional, and behavioural challenges across the lifespan
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Conducting psychological evaluations and preparing comprehensive psychometric reports
- Monitoring client progress through ongoing therapy sessions and clinical reviews
- For suitable candidates, opportunities will be available to take on leadership roles, including mentoring and supervising junior therapists within our in-house programs
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for individuals who bring both clinical expertise and a strong commitment to client care. The ideal candidate will have:
- A Master’s degree in Clinical or Educational Psychology from a recognised institution (Doctorate preferred)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working with both local and expatriate clients, with cultural competence and sensitivity (preferred)
- Professional membership with bodies such as BPS, APA, or APS, and registration with HCPC or AHPRA (an advantage)
- A genuine passion for making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of individuals and families
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
