Marketing / Event Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various events for the group of companies

  • Collaborate with the internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas and research market trends

  • Identify and engage merchants to participate in the events

  • Liaise with event vendors, internal and external stakeholders for seamless logistics coordination

  • Source event items and negotiate prices from vendors

  • Ensure compliance by applying for required licenses and permits from authorities

  • Provide onsite support during event periods

  • Basic designing of collaterals, EDMs and video editing

  • Assist the team with administrative tasks

REQUIREMENT

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in marketing.

  • Able to work independently, detailed oriented and well-organized with multitasking

  • Good communication and writing skills.

  • Knowledge of marketing tools such as Email Marketing, Content and Design Creation, Event Marketing, Social Media Tools etc is a plus.

  • Experience working in a B2B marketing position will be a plus.

  • Enjoy being in a fast-paced environment, great time management skills, ability to multitask and willingness to learn.

  • Able to setup, source, and coordinate events from end to end
