Job summary:

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilties :

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, DMs, watsapp in a timely manner and maintaining professional level of customer service.

  • Identify & resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Working closely with operations team for any real time updates.

  • De-escalate negative customer satisfaction and solve with amiable resolutiuons to any disputes.

  • Always maintain a high level of professionaliosm and positive attitude ensuring customers feel heard and valued.

  • Keep proper and accurate updates with customer interactions.

  • Ability to multi task and maintain professionalism during intense situation

Requirements :

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in professional customer service settings

  • Strong customer relations and able to work under pressure

  • Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task

  • Great sense of responsibilities and commitment

  • Attention to detail & accuracy

  • Great problem solving skills.
