Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilties :
Handling customer inquiries via email, DMs, watsapp in a timely manner and maintaining professional level of customer service.
Identify & resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and effective solutions. Working closely with operations team for any real time updates.
De-escalate negative customer satisfaction and solve with amiable resolutiuons to any disputes.
Always maintain a high level of professionaliosm and positive attitude ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
Keep proper and accurate updates with customer interactions.
Ability to multi task and maintain professionalism during intense situation
Requirements :
At least 2-4 years of experience in professional customer service settings
Strong customer relations and able to work under pressure
Organized, meticulous and able to multi-task
Great sense of responsibilities and commitment
Attention to detail & accuracy
Great problem solving skills.
