  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the team with the day-to-day finance operations. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to and grow within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

- Record financial transactions and prepare journal entries and general ledger reconciliations

- Manage and balance accounts receivable and accounts payable

- Generate and send invoices to clients

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow

- Assist in month-end closing activities and the generation of financial statements and reports

- Support the planning process in budgeting and forecasting

- Maintain organized filing and recordkeeping of all accounting documents

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

- Assist in the preparation of GST submissions and tax returns; maintain tax-related records

- Coordinate with internal departments and provide support to external auditors during audits

Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or SME environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Zoho, Xero, SAP, QuickBooks)

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
