Job Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package that fits and is aligned with the company’s strategy and business goals in the region.
- Manage the implementation and administration of compensation and benefits programs for Asia and policy updates.
- Together with the Head of C&B, Asia, develop and monitor the effectiveness of existing practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective, consistent with current trends, and corporate objectives, that are also compliant with local legislation.
- Support and coordinate the remuneration processes for the region in collaboration with the HRBPs and related stakeholders.
- Participating in compensation surveys for the region and managing job grading and benchmark processes according to Group guidelines.
- Liaison with the related stakeholders on compensation and benefits programs seeking constant improvements in communication collaterals for clarity.
- Collate, research and analyse pay elements, and cost trends and provide relevant suggestions for improvements.
- Process ownership of employee insurance to ensure on-time payment of invoices and claims.
- Working with all stakeholders, from vendors to employees, on insurance-related queries and process improvements.
- From time to time, provide support to International Mobility processes and cost proposals where required.
Ideal Requirements
- A University Degree with 1-2 years of working experience in the Human Resources function while preferred, is not entirely necessary.
- Ability to articulate, draft and design communication collaterals using Canva or other design tools is a key requirement.
- Possess numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights with strong MS Excel technical know-how.
- Ability to handle private and confidential information maturely.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work as a team and embrace change with a passion towards creating a better work environment for all.
- Agility in thinking out of the box to provide win-win solutions and enhance the welfare of all employees.
- Approach all subjects with a curious mind coupled with an ambitious mindset to learn and self-develop.
