We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who is eager to make an impact and grow within a performance-driven digital agency. You will play a key role in helping clients bring their businesses online, grow their conversions, and thrive in today’s digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager
Source and develop new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold outreach, and referrals
Identify business opportunities with both new and existing clients
Attend virtual or in-person meetings to understand client needs and pitch solutions
Effectively manage existing client relationships to drive retention and growth
Provide strategic consultation to SME owners on digital transformation
What We’re Looking For:
Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 2–3 years of experience
Strong presentation and consultative selling skills
A self-starter with a hunter mentality and the ability to drive results independently
Strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of SEM, SEO, SMM, or SMA is a plus, though not mandatory
