About the role:
- Conduct research on Singapore industrial and living sectors, including supply and demand analysis, rental trends, and vacancy rates.
- Analyze Singapore capital markets trends, including transaction volumes, yields, and investor sentiment.
- Provide insights on market dynamics, trends, and outlook.
- Prepare comprehensive research reports, market updates, and client presentations.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge and expertise to provide actionable insights.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets related to industrial and capital markets.
- Develop and maintain databases to track market trends and transactions.
- Provide research support to business development, investment, and leasing teams.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their research needs and provide customized solutions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and providing market insights.
About you:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in industrial and capital markets research or a related field.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in interpreting complex data sets.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into actionable insights.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial, living markets, and capital markets trends is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and productivity tools, such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
